What happens after you send the form

A real person from El Paso Elite Sod & Turf reads it, calls you back, and books a site visit — usually within one business day. We measure, look at the actual condition of the work area, and send a written, itemized free estimate. No deposit, no obligation, and no pressure call afterwards.

In a hurry? Calling (833) 293-3347 is always faster than a form.

Hours and how fast we answer

Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm, with emergency calls answered outside those hours. Forms that arrive in the evening get a call back the next morning, and a site visit is usually booked within one to two business days depending on where in the El Paso borderland you are.

Everything is handled by El Paso Elite Sod & Turf people in El Paso, TX — not an overseas call centre working from a script. If you would rather not explain the whole thing twice, calling (833) 293-3347 once beats a form and a follow-up.

The jobs people usually contact us about

Most of the requests that land here fall into a handful of jobs. If yours is on this list, there is already a page with scope, materials and pricing detail for El Paso:

  • Bermuda SodBermuda sod is the default lawn grass in El Paso for one very good reason: it produces the most turf per gallon of any grass that will grow here. Hybrid Bermuda spreads by both stolons and rhizomes so it repairs its own wear, takes full desert sun without flinching, and once established asks for far less water than fescue or St.
  • Buffalo Grass SodBuffalo grass sod is the lowest-water real lawn available in El Paso, a genuine shortgrass-prairie native that evolved on about the rainfall we get and behaves accordingly. It makes a soft, fine-textured, blue-green turf that you can mow at three inches or leave shaggy, and once established it will survive on a fraction of what a Bermuda lawn expects.
  • Zoysia SodZoysia sod is the middle path in El Paso: denser and softer underfoot than Bermuda, considerably less thirsty than fescue, and slow enough growing that you mow it far less often. We install Meyer and Palisades, and cultivar choice here is really a cold-hardiness decision, because a hard El Paso winter is harder on Zoysia than most of the marketing admits.
  • Tall Fescue SodTall fescue sod is the answer for two El Paso problems that Bermuda cannot solve: deep shade, and wanting a green lawn in January. It is a cool-season bunch grass that holds color right through our winter and tolerates a shaded north-side yard or a courtyard under mature trees where warm-season grass simply thins out and dies.
  • Drought-Tolerant & Desert TurfDrought-tolerant and desert turf work is about deciding how much lawn you actually need, and in El Paso the honest answer is usually less than you have. We convert the parts of a yard nobody walks on — the hot bank by the driveway, the strip along the fence, the side yard, the front slope — to decomposed granite, boulders, native planting and drip irrigation, and keep real grass only where it earns its water.
  • Artificial Turf InstallationArtificial turf installation is a serious option in El Paso in a way it is not in wetter cities, because here it removes an ongoing water bill rather than just a mowing chore. It makes the most sense for dog runs, small courtyards, shaded side yards where nothing will grow, putting greens and commercial islands where irrigation has never worked properly.

Something not on the list? Send it anyway. The list covers what we see most often around El Paso, not the limit of what we handle.
